Shipping & Delivery Policy – Le Puffer

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship and deliver orders placed through the Le Puffer online store.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Where we ship
We currently ship from: Türkiye
Domestic: All cities in Türkiye
International: Asia, EU, UK, North America
If your country is not shown at checkout, please email us at info@lepuffer.com and we’ll let you know if we can arrange a shipment.
2. Order processing times
Orders will normally be processed IMMEDIATELY AND SHIPPED WITHIN 24 HOURS, DURING THE WEEK.
Processing times may be longer if we need extra time for packaging, insurance, or verification. We will process as quick as we can keeping you updated.
We will email you once your order has been sent with the tracking number.
3. Shipping methods & costs
Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout and depend on:
· Destination country/region
· Total order value
· Chosen service (standard / express, insurance)
We may offer *free shipping* above a certain order value for selected regions. Any such offer will be clearly shown on our website or at checkout.
4. Estimated delivery times
Approximate delivery times (after dispatch) are:
Domestic (within Türkiye): up to 3 business days
Europe: 10 business days
Asia: 10-12 business days
North America: 10-15 business day
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or events outside our control.
5. Tracking
Orders will be shipped with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive the tracking link.
If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at info@lepuffer.com with Tracking in the subject line.
6. Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)
For orders shipped outside Türkiye, your local customs office may charge import duties, taxes, or handling fees. These are:
· Not included in our product prices or shipping fees
· Not controlled by Le Puffer.
· Payable by you, the recipient, directly to the relevant authorities or carrier
Taxes will be added at checkout on domestic orders only (10% for wallets, 20% for bags).
7. Risk of loss & insurance
All Le Puffer pieces are one-of-a-kind. We pack and ship them with great care.
Risk of loss passes to you once your order is handed over to the carrier, subject to your mandatory consumer rights.
For certain high-value orders, we may use insured shipping or require a signature on delivery. This will be reflected in the shipping method and/or cost. This method and cost will be agreed upon with the purchaser after the order has gone through. An extra charge may be incurred for insured orders.
If your order appears lost or arrives damaged, please:
1. Contact the carrier first with your tracking number, and
2. Email us at info@lepuffer.comwith your order number, photos of the packaging and item (if damaged), and a short description of the issue.
We will do our best to assist you with any claim, but outcomes may depend on the carrier and insurance terms.
8. Incorrect address & failed deliveries
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will make every effort to:
· Re-ship the order once the address is corrected (additional shipping charges will apply), or
· Refund the product price **minus** original shipping costs once the item is safely returned and inspected.
If the package is not returned to us, we will not be able to offer a refund.
9. Pre-orders & special order pieces
· Estimated production times will be communicated via email or whatsapp.
· Shipping will occur after the piece is completed and quality-checked.
· Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together once all items are ready, unless otherwise arranged.
If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us at info@maisonturkuaz.com before ordering.
10. Gift packaging
If you would like the item sent as a gift and wrapped accordingly, please send us these details at checkout or up to 48 hours after the item has been purchased.
11. Changes & cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to:
Change the shipping address;
Change the products ordered; or
Cancel the order if it has already been processed or dispatched
To request a change, contact us at info@lepuffer.com or at +90 545 639 9097 as soon as possible with your order number, and we’ll let you know what is possible.
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Refund/Return Policy.

We may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
